Our customer service team is always on hand to offer help and guidance. All orders must be placed through your online account, but they will be happy to assist you with it. Please contact them using the form below.
Once you have placed your order, we cannot make any changes to it.
If you want to cancel it in order to place a new order, you will need to log into your account and request a refund from there.
We want all our customers to enjoy their products, so if you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us. All we ask is that you let us know that you don't want the order within 14 days of receipt and make sure that the products have not been opened. If you have made the payment by bank transfer or deposit in a bank office, please note that your order will not be shipped until we have received the amount in our account. The confirmation of the transfer can take up to 3 days.

All treatment and/or fragrance orders include samples. You can leave us a note at the end of your order about the samples you would like to receive but please note that we will not always have availability.
About the shipping
Yes, it is. If you live in the Peninsula or Balearic Islands, express shipping in 24/48h will be totally free on orders over 50€. If you are willing to wait +78h the shipping will be on our account, whatever the amount of your order.
We also ship to the Canary Islands or Ceuta/Melilla. Please check all the conditions by click aquí
Normally, you should have your order in 2-3 working days. Remember that if you place your order on the weekend or after 12 noon, we will not prepare it until the next working day.
If after this time you have not received your order and you do not have a delivery notice from the courier company, please contact us. We will find out what has happened and we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.
At the moment we do not offer this functionality but it is on our list of new implementations.
When your order is about to leave our warehouse, you will receive an email, in that email is the tracking number of the order, clicking on it will redirect you directly to the carrier's website, that's where you can request delivery at a collection point.
If the link does not work, you can go to the carrier's website (the company appears in the email) and enter the tracking number. You can also access the tracking from the customer panel.
Please note that this is handled directly with the carrier and we will not be able to modify your shipment.

Shipments with final destination to the Canary Islands go without the charge of IVa 21% in the case of the purchase of fashion or beauty products (treatments/perfumes/candles). In case you buy food products you will be charged a tax of 10%.

About fragances
The niche perfumery differs from the commercial world by the use of optimal and natural raw materials, as the current commercial perfumery often uses synthetic oils. Behind a niche perfume there is always a person, creating a work of art, handmade, very limited production, sometimes even numbered and most importantly, the fragrance has a clear evolution on the skin.
Fragrances are made up of different aromas called "notes". They are divided into three categories according to their volatility: top notes, middle notes and base notes. Top notes are the most volatile, only remaining on the skin for a few minutes. They are often citrus, spices and aromatic notes. The middle notes appear right after the top notes and are usually floral. Base notes are the least volatile and the last to register. They can remain on the skin for a few hours and even a few days with clothing. They may contain, among other things, woody and powdery notes or accords.
The difference is in the concentration of perfume extract: the higher the concentration, the more expensive it is and the less perfume you need to use. Perfume (or perfume extract) contains a concentration of 20% or more in essential oils, Eau de parfum (10-20%), Eau de toilette (8-10%) and Eau de Cologne (less than 8% essential oils). Some brands use the term "Cologne" for commercial purposes when their product is actually Eau de toilette.
We recommend applying perfume on the warmer areas of the body and where the skin is thinner. You can put a little on the inside of the wrist, behind the ears, on the back of the neck, etc. You can also add a little perfume to clothing or hair by spraying from a distance.
They say... you can keep a bottle of perfume unopened for years. What we do know for sure is that the longer you let it go, the weaker the top notes of that perfume will become. If you have started using the perfume, you should finish it within a year.
In any case, to extend the life of a fragrance, keep it away from light, humidity and heat.
About beauty treatments
There are four types of skin, according to sebum secretion: dry, combination, normal and oily.
- dry skin: you may experience a "stretched" feeling and the skin reacts quickly to aggressions. It is poorly hydrated and more prone to early wrinkles.
- combination and normal skin: normal skin is usually smooth and even. They have small pores and are neither too dry nor too oily. When sebum secretion is higher around the T-zone (forehead-nose-chin), then you have combination skin, between normal and oily.
- oily skin: sebum secretion is higher and gives the skin a shiny appearance, especially around the T-zone. It can also contribute to acne and enlarged pores.
A facial serum can be considered a treatment. It is highly concentrated and more liquid than a moisturizer. The texture of the serum penetrates the skin faster and deeper. It is typically used as a 28-day treatment (the average time for cell turnover) and should be applied directly to the skin before moisturizer.
- Cleansing: In the morning, start with a good cleanser for the face. There are different types: lotions, cleansing toners, gels or mousse.
- Toning: Apply a lotion to tone or purify your skin after cleansing.
- Moisturize: There are several options for moisturizing. Serum, for example, more concentrated than face cream, can be applied alone or before day cream. In this step you can also add an eye cream.
In the evening use a make-up remover to remove all the impurities accumulated during the day. You can use a lotion or water. Then be sure to cleanse, tone and moisturize as you do in the morning.
Your skin has different needs during the day and at night. That's why we advise you to use a different cream at night. During the day, your skin needs protection against constant external aggressions. At night, your skin rests and regenerates.
