Once you have made your order, we cannot make any changes in it.
If you want to try to cancel it so you can make a new order, you will have to enter your account and order the refund from there.
We want all our customers to enjoy their products, so if you are not happy with your order, you can return it.
The only thing we ask is that you notify us that you do not want the order within 14 days from your reception and that you make sure that the products have not been opened.

If you have made the payment for bank transfer or income in a bank office, you must note that your order will not be sent until you have received the amount in our account. The confirmation of the transfer can be delayed up to 3 days.

All treatment and/or fragrances orders include samples. You can leave us a note at the end of your order about the samples you would like to receive but you have to keep in mind that we will not always have the availability.
About my shipment
Yes, it is. If you live in the Peninsula or the Balearic Islands the express shipment in 24/48h will be completely free on orders over 39€. If you are willing to wait +78h the shipment will run on our own, whatever the amount of your order.
We also send to the Canary Islands or Ceuta/Melilla. Please check all conditions by clicking here
Normally, you should have your order in 2-3 working days. Remember that if you place your order on the weekend or after 12 a half day, until the next working day we will not prepare it.
If you have not received your order or have a delivery notice from the messaging company, please contact us. We'll find out what happened and we'll do everything we can to get you to your hands as soon as possible.
At the moment we do not offer that functionality but it is on our list of new implementations.
When your order is about to leave our warehouse, you will get an email, in that email is the order tracking number, clicking on it will direct you to the carrier's website, that's where you can request delivery at a pickup point.

The final shipments to the Canary Islands go without the charge of the IVa 21% in the case of the purchase of fashion or beauty products (treatments/perfumes/velas). In case you purchase food products you will be charged a 10% tax.

On the fragrances
Niche perfumery differs from the commercial world by the use of optimal and natural raw materials, as the current commercial perfumery often uses synthetic oils. Behind a perfume niche there is always a person, creating a work of art, handmade, of very limited production, sometimes even numbered and the most important thing is that fragrance has a clear evolution in the skin.
The fragrances are made of different aromas called "notes". They are divided into three categories according to their volatility: main notes (highs), middle notes and base notes. High notes are the most volatile, only remain on the skin for a few minutes. They are often citrus, spices and aromatic notes. The average notes appear right after the high notes and are usually floral. The base notes are the least volatile and the last ones to be recorded. They can stay on the skin for a few hours and even a few days with clothing. They may contain, among other things, notes or agreements that are numb and powdered.
The difference is found in the concentration of perfume extract: the higher the concentration, the more expensive it will be and the less perfume you will need to use. The perfume (or perfume extract) contains a concentration of 20% or more in essential oils, Eau de parfum (10-20%), Eau de toilette (8-10%) and Eau de Cologne (less than 8% essential oils). Some brands use the term "Cologne" for commercial purposes when their product is actually Eau de toilette.
We recommend applying perfume in the warmest areas of the body and where the skin is thinner. You can put a little inside the wrist, behind the ears, at the back of the neck, etc. You can also add a bit of perfume to clothing or hair spraying from afar.
They say that you can keep a bottle of perfume unopen for years. What we do know for sure is that the longer you let go, the weaker the high notes of that perfume will become. If you started using the perfume, you should finish it within a year.
In any case, to extend the life of a fragrance, keep it away from light, humidity and heat.
About treatments
There are four types of skin, according to sebum secretion: dry, combined, normal and fat.
· Dry skin: you can experience a sensation of "stiring" and the skin quickly reacts to aggression. It is poorly hydrated and is more prone to early wrinkles.
· combination and normal skin: normal skin is usually soft and uniform. They have small pores and are not too dry or too fatty. When the sebum secretion is greater around the T zone (front-nariz-barbilla), then you have a combined skin, between normal and fat.
· fatty skin: sebum secretion is higher and gives a bright look to the skin, especially around area T. It can also contribute to dilated acne and pores.
A facial serum can be considered treatment. It is highly concentrated and more fluid than a moisturizer. The texture of the serum penetrates the skin faster and deeper. It is usually used as a 28-day treatment (average time for cell renewal) and should be applied directly to the skin before the moisturizer.
· Cleaning: In the morning, start with a good face cleaner. There are different types: lotions, tonic cleaners, gels or mousse.
· Tonify: Apply a lotion to tone or purify your skin after cleaning it.
· Hydrate: There are several options to hydrate. The serum, for example, more concentrated than the facial cream, can be applied only or before the day cream. In this step you can also add an eye cream.
At night he uses a demaquillator to remove all impurities accumulated during the day. You can use a lotion or water. Then make sure you clean, tonify and hydrate as you do in the morning.
Your skin has different needs during the day or night. That's why we advise you to use a different cream at night. During the day, your skin needs protection against constant external aggressions. At night your skin rests and regenerates.
