Return request period

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Conditions for accepting a return

  • The product must not have been opened, used, tested or tampered with.
  • For perfumes, cosmetics and personal care products, the original seal or cellophane must remain intact.
  • The original packaging must be in perfect condition.
  • Return requests must be submitted exclusively through https://isolee.outvio.com/
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of error attributable to Isolée or product defect.

Important: online returns only

Orders placed through the online store cannot be returned to physical retail stores.

Exceptions and non-returnable products

  • Opened, used or tested products.
  • Perfumes without the original seal or cellophane.
  • Unsealed makeup and personal care products.
  • Items that have been handled, damaged or altered.
  • Natural products with normal variations in colour, scent or texture, unless decomposition is reported within 48 hours.

Defective or transport-damaged products

  • Any incident must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photographs of the product, packaging and the parcel weight on a household scale are mandatory.
  • Altered or manipulated evidence will not be accepted.

Return process

  1. Request the return exclusively through: https://isolee.outvio.com/.
  2. You will receive instructions once the request has been approved.
  3. Choose between courier collection or shipping the item yourself with postage paid.
  4. The product must be returned unused and with all original labels attached.
  5. Once received and verified, acceptance of the return will be confirmed.

Mandatory inspection before refund

No refund will be issued until the product has been physically received and has successfully passed inspection.

Anti-fraud control

  • All orders are weighed and photographed prior to shipment.
  • Claims regarding empty parcels will be verified against records and carrier reports.
  • Accounts with repeated claims may be restricted.
  • Isolée reserves the right to reject fraudulent returns and to take legal action.

  • They are not claimable or refundable.
