Purchase process

  • To make a purchase through www.isolee.com or via telephone sales, it will be necessary to register or to provide the personal data essential for order processing and subsequent delivery. Such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable Spanish data protection legislation.

  • The electronic contract document will be archived and may be retrieved by the customer. ISOLEE S.L. will provide the necessary technical and human resources to prevent errors in data entry, without prejudice to the user’s responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.

  • The language used for the purchase process will be Spanish.

  • All prices shown include the applicable VAT.

Payment methods

Available payment methods may vary depending on the destination of the order. During the checkout process, the available options will be displayed. In the event of any issue, Isolée may contact the customer to offer an alternative.

Credit card

Isolée works with banking institutions and secure payment platforms. Isolée S.L. does not have access to nor store any credit card details.

Paypal

Payments can be made via PayPal. PayPal payments are not accepted for orders shipped to the Canary Islands.

Tax Free
At present, VAT refunds are not available for online purchases made on isolee.com.

Invoicing

To request an invoice, it is essential to correctly enter your tax details in the customer profile. Invoices may be requested by writing to hola@isolee.com Invoices will not be issued for orders older than three months.

Claims and defective products

Claims may be submitted when the product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or if items are missing.

The following will not be considered defects:

  • Allergic reactions or subjective perceptions
  • Variations in colour, scent or texture
  • Changes in manufacturer packaging
  • Free promotional items (GWP)

To submit a claim, the following information will be required:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product, packaging and a household scale if applicable

Depending on the case, Isolée may offer a replacement, partial refund, store credit or a full refund. The maximum resolution period will be 30 calendar days.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
