Beauty Advisor (Madrid)
Key roles and responsibilities
- Tailor each experience to meet the specific needs of the consumer, while demonstrating a high level of expertise in makeup and beauty techniques.
- Learn and utilize fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) of both fragrances and makeup, and makeup application techniques to provide the best results for consumers.
- Be proactive in finding solutions to drive sales by achieving weekly targets, following a particular focus on product launches, anniversaries and local/seasonal events, if any.
- Achieve sales targets and expectations and proactively drive.
- Comply with sales processes and procedures in accordance with company guidelines.
- Meet appearance guidelines and personal standards.
- Strong market and industry knowledge to shape local strategy as well as influence the overall business and organization.
- Act with accuracy, professional and positive attitude when handling consumer queries and objections.
- Ensure stock availability of all references.
Minimum requirements
- Customer service experience, ideally in retail.
- Make-up skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Ability to motivate, inspire and influence others.
- Obsession for beauty, social sense and consumer focused.
- Energetic and committed.
- Self-motivated.
- Collaborative and team player.
- Confident communicator.
