RULER is a warm musk that expertly balances the floral notes of rose, jasmine and tuberose with the subtle spices of ginger, pepper and the zest of Argentine lemon. An inviting, spicy unisex fragrance with an amber undertone, RULER is represented by the integrity of No. , like the mystical deer that protects its flock.
Using Water Plant Emulsion® technology, this 95.92% naturally derived spicy floral fragrance creates a moisturizing scented mist for skin and hair. WPE® suspends fragrance in a water base combined with nourishing plant oils that are kind to the skin and, unlike alcohol, do not dry out or sensitize.
