Vintage: 2015.Type: Red without aging.Production: 20,000 bottles of 750 ml.Varietal composition: 100% Tempranillo.Vineyard: In this vintage 2015 the grapes come from several areas, mainly from vineyards in Peñafiel (Valladolid) and Valtiendas (Segovia).Winemaking: Harvested the first week of October 2015 manually was destemmed and crushed immediately after harvesting. Vinified in stainless steel tanks by parcels with their own indigenous yeasts, no correction or contribution was made, daily pumping over, maceration for 12-15 days.racking and start of malolactic fermentation also in stainless steel tanks for 30 days is racked to remove impurities and solid residues by decanting allowing this to reach the bottling phase in optimal conditions of cleanliness and natural stabilization. However, during its life in the bottle, as is NORMAL, it is possible that precipitates may arise due to its natural elaboration.Aging: None.Bottling date: February 2016.
