It has always been part of BYREDO's founder's Indian upbringing, both in scent, taste and colour. The fragrance is inspired by this idea of unity and inclusion.
Black Saffron by BYREDO is an amber perfume that speaks to Ben Gorham's Hindu roots and honours saffron as a symbol of Indian culture, letting it take centre stage. The perfume opens with citrus notes of grapefruit and saffron that then blend with floral and leather notes to finish with the base of Vetiver.
