Jasmine Scented Taper Candles, a floral fragrance

Its name comes from the Arabic "yâsamîn", taken from Persian. This sweet-smelling flower grows on an Indian shrub in the Oleaceae family. It is said that Cleopatra went to meet Marc Antoine on a ship whose sails were coated with jasmine essence.

The conical aromatic candles bring us the memory of the decorative candles that adorned the tables at the beginning of the 20th century, thus reconnecting us with the early years of the brand, founded in 1884.

Highly appreciated in perfumery, white jasmine or Jasminum officinale gives off sweet floral notes.

Recommendations

- For the best burn, first make sure your candle fits properly and stands upright in a candle holder, candelabra or chandelier.

- Before lighting it, make sure the wick is no longer than 0.5 inches.

- Always keep a distance of at least 3 inches between each lit candle and always keep the candle away from drafts.

- Never let your candle burn unattended or within the reach of children or animals.

Since 2022, each of our candles and botanical palettes are formulated with 100% vegetable wax, sourced from organic European rapeseed.

To limit the environmental impact of packaging, no plastic or non-essential materials are used. Carrière Frères is committed to a natural approach with boxes made from 100% recycled and recyclable FSC paper, labels made from FSC paper (40% recycled) and printing with plant-based inks.
