A fresh rose petal on the skin. The rose on its tree at dawn in the Bagatelle Garden in Paris. A modern rose, fresh and slender like the painting of Degas ‘The Pink dancers.’ The morning air is crisp at the turn of spring, carrying the scent of a world come to life. A crumpled green leaf crunches under foot. The graceful scent of rose mingles with fresh berries growing on a nearby bush. A delicately woody aroma leads us to the finish. A pleasure for those who come across it. The result is a 100ml refillable bottle topped with a twist off spray, housed in an entirely hand-crafted leather case. The leather, as for the makeup line, comes from the prestigious Tanneries de Puy, and is certified by the label ‘entreprise du patrimoine vivant’ (living heritage company). It completes the bottle, coming in 5 colors carefully chosen to illustrate the name and personality of each fragrance. For the first time in 50 years, La Bouche Rouge asked a glassmaker to abandon their existing habits in the pursuit of zero waste. La Bouche Rouge is putting a stop to this wasteful madness for the 21st century.
