Si has recibido un pedido y no está conforme con alguno de los artículos, puede solicitar la devolución. Siempre y cuando cumpla las condiciones que puedes leer más abajo.
Condiciones para la aceptación de devolución.
Isolée, en virtud de lo dispuesto en la Ley de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista, así como en lo regulado por la normativa comunitaria (Directiva 97/7/CE), no admitirá devoluciones en las ventas de mercancías que puedan ser reproducidas o copiadas fácilmente y con carácter inmediato. La devolución de cualquier mercancía exigirá el acuerdo de ambas partes. Isolée se reserva el derecho de exigir una indemnización para compensar los posibles daños sufridos por las mercancías, así como para recuperar los gastos directos ocasionados por la devolución. Isolée solamente aceptará la devolución de la mercancía si:
● En el plazo marcado al efecto por la Ley (14 días hábiles), el comprador ejercita su derecho de resolución. Isolée aceptará el ejercicio del mencionado derecho única y exclusivamente cuando la mercancía estuviese en el mismo estado en que le fue entregado y listo para la venta, con su correspondiente embalaje original y en perfecto estado.
● Si la mercancía tuviera tara o defecto, según lo dispuesto en la Ley de Productos Defectuosos, Isolée procederá a sustituir inmediatamente el producto por otro con idéntico.
● Isolée procederá igualmente a devolver el importe de la mercancía cuando por causas no imputables (ya sean directas o indirectas) a ella, se viese imposibilitado de servirlo.
● Isolée aceptará la devolución de la mercancía cuando por causas imputables a ella, el producto solicitado no se correspondiese con el solicitado por el cliente.
● Si deseas un cambio de talla, color o artículos alternativos, tendrás que realizar un nuevo pedido.
En caso de controversia o conflicto que pueda derivarse de la interpretación o cumplimiento de las presentes Condiciones Particulares de Compra, las mismas serán resueltas ante los Tribunales y Juzgados de España
Pasos a seguir:
Solicita la devolución vía e mail a isolee@isolee.com en el plazo de 14 días hábiles desde la fecha en que has recibido el pedido por parte de la empresa de Mensajería. Por favor, deja saber en dicho e-mail el número de pedido y el motivo por el cual se hace la devolución del artículo. Una vez recibida tu petición de devolución, nos pondremos en contacto contigo para indicarle los pasos a seguir en dicha devolución. A continuación, y siempre en un plazo de 5 días laborables a partir de ytu petición, nuestra empresa de Mensajería recogerá el artículo en el horario que nos indique. Los gastos de transporte serán abonados por el cliente. Si lo prefieres puede enviarlo con otra empresa de mensajería o logística, a porte pagados por el cliente. Prepara entonces el paquete a recoger dentro de su envoltorio original, y asegúrate de que las etiquetas no hayan sido arrancadas y el artículo no haya sido usado o manipulado.
