Recommendations for use
Step 1: Shake vigorously until the two phases are mixed.
Step 2: Spread a generous amount on the body 30 minutes before sun exposure.
Step 3: Renew the application every 2-3 hours or every 40 minutes after swimming or sweating profusely.

· UVA rays pass through clouds, so don't forget to apply it on cloudy days too.
· Apply it before leaving the house or half an hour before exposing yourself to the sun.
